What does Global Trade Group do?
Global Trade Group sources goods from Chinese factories for businesses in Poland and the EU. We run importing from China as one chain: finding the manufacturer, negotiating, quality control, freight, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Alongside that, we manage sales on online marketplaces.
Sourcing from China covers product and factory research, price comparison, negotiation with the manufacturer, samples and made-to-order production. It also includes private label — production under your brand, with your logo and packaging — and supervision of production. The whole process is described on Import from China to Poland.
Marketplace management means seller accounts, listings, SEO copy, product images, ads and pricing. We work on Allegro, Amazon, Kaufland, eBay, eMAG and ERLI, and in your own online store.
We also run a wholesale catalogue: coffee tables, dining tables, console tables, TV units, decorative films (marble and gold), wall panels and bamboo matcha tools. An order can be any size, from a single sample to a full 40HQ container — a 40-foot high-cube container.
Who negotiates with the factory in China?
Our own team in China. The people on the ground compare suppliers, agree the price directly with the manufacturer, order samples and watch quality throughout production. So you do not buy through a trading company, an export agent and another importer, each adding a margin of its own.
The chain is short: factory, Global Trade Group, you. We are not a marketplace reseller, and you get one price and one point of contact.
Goods travel from the factory in Guangdong province to the port of Yantian (CNYTN), then by sea to Gdańsk (PLGDN). A typical sailing takes 30–38 days, depending on the carrier, the service and the season. Production and inland transport come on top, and we quote the date together with the price. Who handles customs clearance?
The customs team of the MEYİS group, which Global Trade Group belongs to — not an outside agency at the port. That team handles EORI registration, customs declarations and tariff classification, transport licences and documentation, and the calculation of duty and import VAT. The whole chain, from factory to border, is therefore run by one group.
An EORI number is the EU identifier of a business, mandatory for every customs operation in the EU: import, export and transit (European Commission). Tariff classification means assigning the goods an eight-digit CN (Combined Nomenclature) code, which determines the rate of customs duty (European Commission).

How do we test our own supply chain from China?
On our own brands. ZOI is premium matcha and tea, and PataPura is premium pet products. Both brands are ours, both were built on the same supply line from China, and both are sold in Poland. The process we offer clients is one we run every day on our own products.

Which languages do we work in?
Seven: Turkish, Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic and Romanian. In any of them you can send an enquiry, discuss a quote and run an order, from samples to customs clearance. You need no interpreter and no middleman to talk to us about importing from China.
How can you check the company's registration?
Global Trade Group sp. z o.o. is a Polish limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy, KRS). The KRS number, NIP (tax identification number), REGON (statistical number), share capital and registry court are listed in the registration details below.
