What does an online shop need from a matcha supplier?
An online shop needs a code for every product, a specification it can trust and stock close enough to restock without waiting for a container. Our matcha range is built for that.
| A listing needs | What we supply |
|---|---|
| An EAN code | The ZOI matcha packs and the ZOI sets carry EAN codes |
| A specification | Every product page lists its specification: material, contents and, where measured, size and weight |
| Restocking | Courier from our warehouse in Poland: InPost and DPD in Poland, DHL across the EU |
| No customs | The goods are already in the EU, and VAT is on our invoice |
Which matcha products to list first
An online matcha range starts with the tea and the whisk, then adds bundles. The ceremonial matcha comes in a 50 g tin, about 25 servings, for a first order, and in 100 and 200 g pouches for regulars. The 100-prong bamboo whisk (GTG201001) has published prices, from €3.50 at 25 pieces to €2.40 from 1,000 pieces.
| Product | Why list it | Code |
|---|---|---|
| Ceremonial matcha, 50 g tin | The first purchase, with an EAN code | GTG202001 |
| Culinary matcha, 100 g and 200 g | For matcha lattes and baking | GTG202002 |
| Bamboo whisk, 100 prongs | The tool every matcha buyer needs | GTG201001 |
| Tool kit in a gift box | A ready bundle of whisk, scoop, spoon and sifter | GTG201020 |
| ZOI Sakura and Kai sets | Gift sets with EAN codes | GTG203003, GTG203004 |
The full ranges are in matcha tea, matcha tools and matcha sets.
How do online shops order and restock?
Our matcha range ships from our warehouse in Poland by courier — InPost and DPD within Poland, DHL across the EU — and by pallet for larger orders. The goods are already inside the EU, so there is no customs duty or clearance on your side, and VAT is settled on our sales invoice. Stock varies by product; what is not in stock is made to order, and the quotation states the date.
