Which matcha sets sell as gifts?
A matcha set sells as a gift because it is complete: a ceramic bowl, a bamboo whisk, a holder and a scoop, often in a printed gift box, so the customer only adds the tea. What decides which set suits a shop is the bowl.
| Design | Suits | Codes |
|---|---|---|
| Blossom, bow and lotus bowls | Pastel gift shelves, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day | GTG203007, GTG203008, GTG203009 |
| Wave and strawberry bowls | Matcha latte fans | GTG203010, GTG203011 |
| Panda and cat bowls | Playful gifts | GTG203021, GTG203022 |
| Celadon, rustic and ribbed sets | Homeware and concept stores | GTG203015, GTG203016, GTG203017 |
| ZOI Sakura and Kai sets | Hand-glazed bowls, with EAN codes | GTG203003, GTG203004 |
Every set is in matcha sets.
What sells at the till?
Small matcha gifts sit next to the till for customers who want something under a set's price. The bamboo whisk with a decorative charm (GTG201016) is a gift on its own, and the tool kit (GTG201020) boxes a whisk, a scoop, a bamboo spoon and a sifter in a white gift box. More tools are in matcha tools.
Why some bowls differ from the photograph
A reactive glaze changes in the kiln, and a hand-glazed bowl has its glaze applied by hand, so no two bowls in those sets are identical. That is worth saying on the shelf card: the customer is buying a bowl that exists once, not a print run.
How do gift shops order?
Our matcha range ships from our warehouse in Poland by courier — InPost and DPD within Poland, DHL across the EU — and by pallet for larger orders. The goods are already inside the EU, so there is no customs duty or clearance on your side, and VAT is settled on our sales invoice. Stock varies by product; what is not in stock is made to order, and the quotation states the date.
For a Christmas range, order early: the quotation states the date for each design.
